As per usual here are the highlighting meals of the last week…
Healthy side of broccoli for my dinner with onions and garlic
Broccoli and some spaghetti with mushrooms and artichoke pesto tomato sauce
Lunch of sea salt french fries and some wasabi mayo dip
Asian shrimp and broccoli stir fry with soy sauce and sesame oil, garlic, onions, and mushrooms
Lunch from New Seasons Market: grass fed beef burger with cheddar cheese, avocados, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, avocados, and a dill pickle on the side.
Dinner from New Seasons: mac n cheese. So bomb.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs with fresh avocados, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and topped with some cheese
Dinner of whole grain penne pasta with mushrooms, arugula, fresh basil, broccoli, topped off with some parmesan and olive oil
